Second task in creating the design

You are a member of a consulting firm that for institutions and organizations involved with education or training. The firm is adding a new type of design service (support systems), and you have been asked to prepare a for one of the new customers. The second task in creating the design for a support system is to prepare a learner support plan tailored to the type of client organization and its learner profile. The support plan should include a description of the , logistical support, and support for individual needs. Descriptions of support features and functions should be supported by references to pertinent literature.
